Camden’s Town’s Kings of Two Tone, Madness, are heading south this summer to headline their own festival ‘House Of Common’ on Clapham Common on Bank Holiday Monday – 29th August.
Titled ‘House of Common’, the one-day, outdoor event will feature a line up specifically curated by the band, culminating with an exclusive headline performance from Suggs and co.
‘House of Common’ will feature a further twenty bands and DJs across two stages. The full line-up will be announced over the coming weeks and we’ll hopefully have a couple of tickets to give away to the Bank Holiday festival soon.
Madness have released a statement saying “We are honoured and privileged that London has found us a place where for one day every year we can have our very own festival, we hereby name that day House of Common. See you in Clapham Madheads… For the love of the common people.”
Pre-sale tickets are available now to fans who sign up at their dedicated website: www.houseofcommon.co.uk
